If smoltext doesn't work out for you, email support@sprapp.com within 14 days of your first charge for a plan and we will refund it in full. This applies to the first purchase of each plan (monthly or annual).
Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date provided the quota usage in the new period is under 5% of the plan's included volume. Cancel any time in the dashboard or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Beyond the 14-day window, unused full months of an annual plan can be refunded pro-rata at the equivalent monthly rate, at our discretion, if the Service materially failed to function as documented.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Try the free tier first — it exercises the exact same engine and API as the paid plans.
